How do I place an order?

Currently purchases are available directly online and are made to order so there is a 2 to 3 week lead time between ordering and delivering. If you need assistance with sizing or any custom options you can contact us directly at hello@briellens.com.au

Can I modify my order?

If you wish to modify your order please email hello@briellens.com.au as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your change requests but we cannot guarantee that your purchase will be modified.

Do you make custom orders?

We are strong believers in personal style expression so customized masks are available. If you would like a custom mask please email hello@briellens.com.au with your request and we will be in touch to discuss your options.

Will my product look exactly like it does on screen?

As with all other e-boutiques, due to screen inconsistencies we cannot guarantee an exact colour match to what you have seen on screen. While we make every effort to replicate what you see on screen, due to the handcrafted nature of our applique products the final product you receive may vary slightly from the photo and our patterned fabrics will vary slightly due to the irregular nature of the pattern you are purchasing.

Where are the masks manufactured?

All masks are made to order in our studio in Sydney

Where are the masks fabrication sourced from?

All of the masks fabrics are purchased from a select handful of Fabric Retailers in Sydney. We have opted to purchase from several small retail businesses to help as many local businesses survive as possible during this period.

How do I know my mask size?

The masks are offered in three different sizes; Small, Medium and Large. We recommend a size Small for Children, a size Medium for Women and a size Large for Men but for a more specific fit measure the distance from your nose, across your cheek and to your ear and use the below information to find your perfect fit.

The small typically fits children and the size from the nose to the ear is 15cm.

The Medium size typically fits an average women and the size from the nose to the ear is 16.5cm.

The Large size typically fits an average man and the size from the nose to the ear is 18cm.

How do I find a mask I saw on instagram or facebook?

Why is this more expensive than other fashion masks?

Our masks are more expensive than some others online because of a few reasons. We opted to have four layers of 100% cotton in each mask for maximum reusable filtration, which some other masks do not. We also choose to support our local neighbours and purchase from small fabric retailers to help as many businesses as we can during this time. We also do not use elastic and our masks loops are made with 100% cotton binding which is gentler on your skin, doesn’t pull on the ear while wearing and is completely biodegradable.


What payment methods do you accept?

At this point in time we only accept payment via PayPal. You will be automatically redirected to the PayPal website through checkout where you can either login to your account and pay or pay via credit card if you do not wish to register for a PayPal account.

Is GST included in the price?

All prices include GST

Is shipping included?

Shipping is added in checkout and prices will vary based on your choice of delivery.


What shipping options are available and what are the prices?

We offer Regular or Express Shipping via Australia Post, which can be selected throughout the checkout process.

  • Regular Shipping is $9 (AU)
  • Express Shipping is $12 (AU)
  • International Shipping to UK is $25.20 (AU)
  • International Shipping to USA is $21 (AU)
Where does brielléns ship to?

Delivery is currently in Australia, The United Kingdom and The United States of America only. If you are an international customer outside of these areas please email hello@briellens.com.au and we will make every effort to accommodate your international delivery request.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

At this time we can only ship to one address per order. If you would like to ship to multiple addresses please place separate orders for each location.

How can I track my order?

To track your order, please select the Express Post option during checkout. A confirmation email containing your delivery details will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.

When can I expect delivery of my order?

As all orders are made to order please allow up to two working weeks from your order date for us to process your order for shipment, in addition please refer to the estimated delivery time below from Australia Post (please note that there are just estimates as Australia Post are experiencing significant delays due to the Coronavirus) –

  • Regular Post Metro, two to three business days
  • Regular Post Country, three to ten business days
  • Express Post Metro, one to two business days
  • Express Post Country, two to four business days
  • International Post, four to six business days

Can I return my order?

Unfortunately due to health and safety reasons any masks purchased will not be able to be returned or exchanged for any reason.

Care & Repairs

Why does the mask not have any labels on it?

For customer comfort we have opted to not sew labels onto the mask to prevent irritation to the skin whilst wearing. All masks purchased come with a physical care label card and additionally all care instructions are available online on the product pages and in the Frequently Asked Questions section

How often do I need to wash my mask?

Treat it like your underwear and wash after each use. The virus is killed in detergent (hence why we are all washing our hands so much) so if you wash after each wear it will kill anything that landed on the mask while you were wearing it out

How can I find the Care Instructions for my mask?

All masks purchased come with a care label card and additionally all care instructions are available on the product pages.

What should I do with my mask once I am finished with it?

Once the current pandemic is over we hope that it will not be needed for another pandemic however we do support our customers purchasing items that last a lifetime so we would encourage you to continue to wear your mask during seasonal flu periods, when travelling or in any other situation you may need a mask.

If you wish to dispose of your mask and you have purchased a 100% Cotton, 100% Silk & 100% Cotton or 100% Leather & 100% Cotton without studs or crystals your product is 100% compostable as we use 100% cotton thread (they make great pot or garden liners).

Unfortunately if you purchased a product with studs or crystals or that contains a Polyester layer (sequins) this is not biodegradable and we recommend recycling at a textile waste centre or reusing slash repurposing by cutting the outer polyester or decorative layer and composting the inner cotton layers.
